Shipment

If you order from us by 2 p.m., the goods will be shipped on the same working day.
We strive to ensure the fastest possible shipping for you, so we only send by DHL. You will receive a code for tracking the shipment, a delivery to post offices and packing stations is possible with DHL. The delivery from our warehouse takes place Monday to Friday (except public holidays in Germany).

Standard shipping for domestic deliveries with DHL
The shipping costs are 3.50 euros. From an order value of 25.00 euros, shipping is free of charge. Of course, we ship as an insured and trackable package.

Collection from us in Nordstemmen
You are welcome to pick up your orders directly from us. Since we do not have a pure shop, we ask you to contact us in advance.
We are there for you on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Payment is currently only possible in cash.

Shipping to other European countries (EU countries) *
The shipping costs are 11.00 euros. From an order value of 59.00 euros, shipping is free. Of course, we ship as an insured and trackable package.

Note for corporate customers: Wholesale prices and delivery please contact us. As verification, we need your sales tax ID and a permanent contact person in your company.

Withdrawal

Please note the following points

Put a copy of the invoice and a note of the reason for the return in the package. In the event of complaints, please enter a short description of the error.
You can receive a return slip on our hotline at +49 5044 99 99 59 6 or by email to info [AT] rudler-rocks.de.
Please print out the return slip provided and stick it on the package.
Please hand in the package at the nearest DHL branch or directly to the postman. You can find the next branch here.

After receiving your return, you will receive further information from us directly by email or phone.

Please note that we cannot accept postage-free items and refuse to accept them.
Furthermore, we can only accept products that you bought directly from us, i.e. no products from service providers or local dealers. If you have any questions or something is unclear, please contact the relevant dealer directly.

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
